My little Superman

Mason is just so much fun!! In the past two weeks he has learned and discovered SO MUCH. He is holding his head up well, playing with his toys and grabbing them, looking for us when we leave the room, discovering his hands and voice, and "talking" all of the time, pulling up when we grab his hands, etc. To most this may seem normal for a 4 month old...and it is. Mason is supposed to only be at a 6 week old level though. He is VERY social too!
We went for his 4 month check up Wednesday and he was doing all but two things on the checklist...rolling over and playing with his hands. That night he started playing with his hands...now we just have to master the rollover. That is mostly our fault though...ever since he was born he will not sleep well unless he is swaddled. A little hard to roll over when wrapped up...so we have been laying him on play mat more and helping him get the idea. He can go from side to back, but not back to side...yet.
He weighed 9 pounds this visit, so he has tripled his weight. Little guy to most for his age, but big to me. He has just overcome so much and is trying so quickly to catch up with the rest of the babies his age. He is definitely my Superman! :)
